Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using www.tdjcomics.com (the “Site”), provided by TDJ Comics Studio (“TDJ Comics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). BY VISITING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE IN ANY MANNER, YOU AGREE TO THE THEN POSTED TERMS AND ANY APPLICABLE ADDITIONAL TERMS (DEFINED BELOW), TO BE BOUND BY THEM, AND THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. You also acknowledge, agree, and consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

1. About TDJ Comics Studio

TDJ Comics Studio (“TDJ Comics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independent multimedia entertainment studio offering comic books, animation, apparel, and related merchandise. These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of our website.

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website. You may not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or accounts.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or its security features.

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without our written permission.

  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect website content without our permission.

  • Impersonate TDJ Comics Studio or another person or business.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, website, or intellectual property.

3. Products

TDJ Comics Studio sells physical products including comic books, art prints, apparel, and related merchandise. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, prices, and other product information are accurate. However, actual product colors may vary depending on your monitor, phone, tablet, or other device. We reserve the right to:

  • Change product prices or descriptions.

  • Correct errors or inaccuracies.

  • Limit quantities available for purchase.

  • Discontinue products without notice.

  • Update or modify product designs when appropriate.

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted and confirmed by our fulfillment team.

4. Apparel Sizes and Product Variations

Apparel may be available in different sizes, colors, styles, and designs. Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before placing an order. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from a customer selecting an incorrect size. Where applicable, individual product pages may contain additional information regarding measurements, sizing, materials, or care instructions.

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the products in your cart. An order is considered accepted when TDJ Comics Studio confirms the order or otherwise begins processing it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product availability.

  • Pricing or listing errors.

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

  • Unusual or excessive ordering activity.

  • Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where necessary to correct an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by law. Payment must be successfully processed before we can fulfil an order. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. TDJ Comics Studio does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card information when a third-party provider handles payment processing.

7. Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes and other required charges may be added to your order based on your shipping address and applicable law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website or during checkout. Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will provide you with a tracking number after your order has been transferred to a shipping carrier. Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Other events beyond our control

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s policies and procedures. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be missing an item, please contact us at info@tdjcomics.com as soon as reasonably possible. We may request photographs or other information to help us investigate the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate resolution. Claims for damaged or incorrect items should be submitted within 5-7 days of delivery.

10. Returns and Refunds

TDJ Comics Studio does not offer returns or refunds; however, if a comic is damaged during the shipping process, we will gladly work with you to send a replacement copy as long as we have inventory available. Please email us at info@tdjcomics.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items and package.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@tdjcomics.com (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries). If your order includes any pre-orders, you will only receive your books when they have all been released. By purchasing, you are agreeing to wait until all items are released to receive your order. If you would like your issues as they release, you will have to place separate orders for each issue.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

I’ve entered the wrong shipping address; can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible; we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything, as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders and just follows what you supplied.

11. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@tdjcomics.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests BEFORE an order enters fulfillment.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

12. Comic Books and Printed Materials

Comic books, prints, and other printed products may contain minor variations resulting from the printing, binding, cutting, or manufacturing process. Such variations do not necessarily constitute defects. Where a product is materially damaged or defective, please contact us in accordance with our damaged-product and return procedures.

13. Intellectual Property

All original content associated with TDJ Comics Studio—including comic books, characters, artwork, illustrations, logos, trademarks, names, graphics, photographs, designs, written content, and other creative materials—is owned by TDJ Comics Studio or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a comic book, print, shirt, or other physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Unless we provide written permission, you may not:

  • Reproduce our comic books or artwork.

  • Scan, reproduce, or redistribute our comics or prints for commercial purposes.

  • Copy or commercially reproduce our characters or designs.

  • Manufacture merchandise using our artwork or characters.

  • Modify our artwork for commercial use.

  • Sell or license copies of our creative works.

  • Use our branding in a way that implies an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.

14. Personal Use of Purchased Products

Unless expressly authorized by TDJ Comics Studio, products purchased from our store are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Purchasing a physical product does not give the purchaser the right to reproduce, manufacture, resell, or commercially exploit the artwork, characters, designs, or other intellectual property contained in that product.

15. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

If you choose to submit a review, comment, photograph, feedback, or other content to TDJ Comics Studio, you represent that you have the right to submit that content. You remain responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. Nothing in these Terms prohibits customers from providing honest reviews or opinions about TDJ Comics Studio or its products.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, website hosting, email, or other business functions. Your use of those services may be subject to the applicable third party’s own terms and privacy policies. TDJ Comics Studio is not responsible for the policies, security, availability, or content of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may temporarily suspend or modify the website for maintenance, updates, security, or other business reasons.

  • Website information will always be completely accurate or current.
